Shipping your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo followed, delivered against signature. Whatever the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is given to the package containing fragile products.

The delivery costs are free from 60 € of purchase for a Colissimo and Chronopost delivery. Please note, an option for Chronopost Saturday delivery is available and compulsory if you wish to be delivered on a Saturday. Chronopost will not deliver to you that day if you have not selected this option.

Packages are oversized and protected.

Returns of one or more items

For returns, please follow the following procedure:

  1.     Access your order history from your account.
  2.     Select the order containing the product you want to return.
  3.     Select the product (s) you want to return by checking the box next to their name (s).
  4.     (MANDATORY) Add in the free part, the reason for return as well as your choice (refund, replacement, exchange and specify the size, reference and color) as well as the confirmation of the delivery address.
  5.     Once this form is completed, click on "Make a product return". The request appears with the words "Awaiting confirmation" on the "Return product" page of your customer account.
  6.     Your request will then be processed by customer service and you can follow the progress of your request.

Returns not subject to the procedure described above will not be processed.

The return costs are your responsibility, however, an error in the processing of the order from Legend Icon may be the subject of a specific good return.
