Shipping of your package

Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours (open) after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is the Colissimo followed, delivered without signature. Whatever the chosen shipping method, we will provide you as soon as possible a link that will allow you to follow the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases in one order. We can not group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with the package containing fragile products.

The shipping costs are free from 60 € of purchase for a delivery Colissimo and Chronopost. Attention, an option for delivery Saturday Chronopost is available and mandatory if you want to be delivered on a Saturday. Chronopost will not deliver that day if you have not selected this option.

Packages are oversized and protected.

For returns, please follow the procedure below:

  1.     Access your order history from your account.
  2.     Select the command containing the product you want to return.
  3.     Select the product (s) you want to return by checking the box next to their name (s).
  4.     (MANDATORY) Add in the free part, the reason of return as well as your choice (refund, replacement, exchange and specify the size, the reference and the color) as well as the confirmation of the address of delivery.
  5.     Once you have completed this form, click on "Make a product return". The request appears with the message "Pending Confirmation" in the "Product Return" page of your customer account.
  6.     Your request will then be processed by the customer service and you will be able to follow the progress of your request.


Returns that do not comply with the procedure described above will not be processed.

Returns are at your expense. An error in the processing of the order from Legend Icon may be the subject of sending a specific return.
